Hey everyone!
Thanks for the letters. Well at least mom, brenna and dad. I'm still waiting on my bros! But I guess I'll forgive you. It's great to know everyone's great and all!
It has definitely gotten a lot easier after Sunday. Well, not easier but now I know what to expect and all. It's definitely still difficult but it's a good difficult. Kars, when you come, you will love it. The Spirit is strong and it's awesome that everyone here is here to do the same thing. We all just want to share the gospel. It's awesome. And the teachers are incredible. It's great to practice with them. It was kind of weird to me at first but I can see why it's so important. And I absolutely love the devotionals. Tuesday nights and Sundays are my favorite days. For relief society on Sunday, Sister DIbb came and spoke to us. It was awesome. She taught us the importance of following a living prophet, which was cool to hear from her. On Sunday night, we were taught how to teach the law of chastity. It was really good because that will definitely be a hard lesson to teach. And on Tuesday, the primary gen. pres came and told us how important it is to simplify things as we teach them. She said to look at things and people from the eyes of a child. She said something that struck me. She said it was now my obligation to stay here and serve the Lord because I have made a promise with the Lord that I would be His servant for the next year and a half. It's not like I have thought of leaving but it is something that I am sure I will use for days that are hard either in the field or just when I am struggling.
Hermana Spencer is great. She is so sweet and loves everyone. You can see it in her eyes and when she smiles at you. She has instant love for everyone. Hermana Anderson is just amazing. She knows the scriptures like the back of her hand! She is so dedicated and involved in this work. And she was a great first senior companion. She taught me how to be an effecitve one. Which is great because as of Wednesday... I am the Senior companion. It's not as bad as I thought but tonight we are teaching someone and I have to start the lesson. I just pray everything will go great! So both of them are great and I am glad I got them as my first set of companions. They have definitely taught me a lot. Ithought it would be kind of difficult to be in a threesome but it's pretty good. Sometimes it's hard to make decisions and such but we're definitely getting better at it. And we get along. So i couldn't ask for anything more. Our district and branch are great too. The Elders in the district are amazing. Sometimes I feel younger than them! But they are so focused and excited to serve. And the branch presidency is awesome. They truly love us and want to help.
This next week will be pretty awesome here. They are training all the new mission presidents and that means that prett much the whole first presidency and the 12 aposotles will be here teaching and instucting them. I'm not sure if I will see a lot of them because we have been completely banned from the main building but I thing it will be just awesome to have them all here!
So how are things with everyone? How was girls camp? How is summer? If anything fun or bad or whatever happens I want to know!
I wish I had more time to tell you everything that has happened! A half hour just isn't long enough! But I love you all! And can't wait to hear from you again. Write me whenever. Dearelder is awesome and plus, I love getting mail! :)
Hermana Fronk
And thanks for the scriptures dad. I will definitely have to read those. And thanks for your support. It definitely makes this a little easier. Love you all!
